If you have booked a private transfer from reception, please contact reception to verify flight and pick up times a day before.   

All information related to your journey home are sent via your tour operator or transfer company. Please click on the logos below for tour operator specific information. 

Early breakfast

• Available on request . You can order from Help Desk 2 days in advance.

Shower room

• Available in the lobby corridor on your departure day. 

Day use of Hotel Room

• Available on your departure day for 10 €/ 9 £ per hour. Please contact reception to ask availability.

• No cleaning will be provided on that day if you keep your room for Day Use.

Note! Hotel check out is no later than 12:00. We would like to inform you that you can store your baggage in the luggage room.

Before you leave the hotel, we kindly ask you to:

• Empty the safety deposit
• Pay any bills
• Leave the room key at the reception
• Put name tags on all luggage.
• Have your ticket, passport and travel documents accessible in your hand luggage.
